Founded 200 years ago at the College of New Jersey, now Princeton University, Chi Phi today was formed by the uniting with two other organizations. Chi Phi Fraternity, at the University of North Carolina; and the Secret Order of Chi Phi at Hobart College

The Red Triangles was formed at the University of Wisconsin in 1911, and granted the Kappa Chapter in 1916. Our Chapter Home at 200 Langdon was completed in 1928. Designed by Law, Law and Potter, it is constructed of Madison sandstone and was dedicated a Madison Landmark in 1994.
