The Return to 200 Langdon campaign, which will run through July 31, 2027, is about more than restoring a building; it is about restoring the heart of Chi Phi. For the first time in years, Chi Phi brothers will once again call 200 Langdon Street home, marking a major milestone in the chapter’s revival and creating new opportunities for brotherhood, leadership, and growth.

Your support will help ensure that this historic house is ready to welcome the next generation of Chi Phi men. These funds will provide critical improvements to student safety and comfort, including installation of a modern security system, repairs to the heating system, and restoration of the house floors. Donations will also help enhance the appearance of the property, begin important accessibility upgrades, and create an environment that reflects the pride and tradition of Chi Phi.

Most importantly, the campaign will strengthen the chapter’s future by supporting recruitment efforts and helping to build the momentum needed to grow membership. A vibrant, active chapter house is one of the most powerful tools for attracting new brothers and reestablishing Chi Phi’s presence on campus. With a goal of welcoming at least 10 new brothers in fall 2027, this campaign is an investment in the chapter’s long-term success.
